SGT-67 is a new legal synthetic cannabinoid related to SGT-263 and SGT-25. Its full name is N- (2-phenylpropan-2-yl)-1-(5-fluoropentyl)-1H-indole-3-carboxamide, though it is perhaps better known as 5-CUMYL-PICA. Its formula is C23H27FN2O. Its IUPAC tag is 1-(5-fluoropentyl)-N-(2-phenylpropan-2-yl)-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine-3-carboxamide.
Pharmacology: SGT-67â€™s pharmacology has so far been minimally explored, but it is at its core a synthetic cannabinoid of the indazole family. The primary difference between it and its most similar derivative is that the formerâ€™s N-adamantyl group has been replaced with an N-cumyl group. It should share 5F-CUMYL-PINACAâ€™s selectivity for the CB1 receptor, but should also agonise the CB2 noticeably.
